ESTIMATOR

Josh is a Estimator who has been part of the Jacaranda team for 8 years. 

Josh's role as an estimator is to support the estimating team and involves reading and interpreting architectural documentation, liaising with various trade suppliers to obtain pricing, understanding joinery finishes, details and construction methods. 

Josh preforms take-offs and is proficient in preparing and submitting comprehensive tender pricing.

Josh has been involved in most projects across Jacaranda.
