PROJECT MANAGER

Adam is a Project Manager who has over 14 years of project management experience in a broad range of construction and commercial fit out projects. 

Adam leads a team of Project Coordinators, Drafts People and Site Staff ensuring projects are delivered on time and the client's needs are met. 

Adam is responsible for buildability, quality, cost, safety, compliance, subcontractor & supplier procurement, and time management of projects.

Adam has overseen Jacaranda's major projects including Bendigo Law Courts, Westside Place, Marvel Stadium.
